SA-SERIES™ Solvent Precision Cleaning Systems
The SA-Series™ achieves superheat temperatures of 50ºF above solvent boiling point. This reduces drying times, dragout and vapor emissions.
Another advantage of the system is that it provides additional heat to prevent vapor zone collapse. This vapor boost capacity can be programmed to suit different workload masses. Competitive systems using direct heating cannot achieve superheat in the vapor zone.
There is also a PLC-controlled Load Lock™ access chamber which prevents vapor emission during part insertion and removal.
The system can be configured for either flammable or non-flammable solvents. |
